This property is listed on the National Register and has a rating of Notable, but is not listed locally. This means that a Certificate of Appropriateness is not required for repairs or alterations but demolition delay would apply for partial demolition which could include the demolition of this wall which is a Contributing structure on this site. If the wall is repaired using the same or like materials this process would not apply.
