Other: Rogers Remodeling has been playing music loud enough for me to hear in my house with the windows shut since May 2025 when they began construction on my neighbor, Alex Cartwright's house. I have asked the workers and Mr. Cartwright to respect the Bloomington Noise Ordinance. I have read the ordinance and would like further information about what else can be done. For example, could they be asked to wear headphones? Could the music be played inside instead of outside? Could they turn off the music when they go to lunch? Could they move the boom box away from my window? Often the music starts as early as 6:45 am when the worker arrive in their trucks in the morning.
