Tested QR codes at both exits at the Morton St garage and they are both working. Responded to customers complaint.
Other: The Monroe County Health Department purchased garage vouchers some time ago for customers, patients, and visitors. I'm not sure if they're garage specific, but they were being used at the Walnut Street Garage. I have attached a copy of one. They do not expire until the end of this year, but this week two different people have tried to use them in the garage and they did not work. They had to get someone to let them out. We are hesitant to give them out now as we do not want to tell people they can use them and then have them not work. Can you see if there is a problem with them even though they haven't expired, or is there something else that they need to do upon exiting to get them to work? Thank you for your help!

Sorry for the issues you were experiencing at the Morton St garage. We have tested QR codes in both exit lanes this morning and they are working. When using the codes make sure you are entering your ticket at the exit and then scan your code to exit the garage. If you have anymore issue please call 812.349.3436 Monday-Frida 8am-5pm. Thank you
