Other: There cops spend an inordinate amount of time responding to calls at this house because of the illegal activity happening there, including a SWAT raid relatively recently. Despite that, people are still living in sheds behind the house, burining dangerous fires, fighting at all hours of the day and night, and have 3 dogs that are off-leash and are agressive to everyone in the neighborhood. This whole neighborhood desperatley needs the city to effectively deal with this situation
