David, It wasn't clear. Are you asking about Switchyard Park? There are the public restrooms at the Bloomington Police Department Substation, the public restrooms at the spray pad building, and the restrooms inside the Pavilion for Pavilion events. The BPD substation does not have signage on the outside. The spray pad does have 8-1/2" x 11" signs next to each door itself. The Pavilion does have interior signage. All the maps online indicate the public restroom locations. I appreciate your feedback and we may consider future signage to make it more obvious.
