Washington/Dobbs was measured to be in compliance with sight distance guidelines
Other: Trees/shrubs are overgrown and obscure visibility. If you're heading east on Dodds and waiting to cross Walnut, you have to pull forward until you're partially in the road in order to see if traffic is clear. This issue also exists at the intersection of Dodds & Washington (heading east) - you can't see if anyone is coming on that one-way road (or if anyone is about to cross the crosswalk) unless you pull all the way forward. This is especially dangerous because the stop sign itself is almost always obscured by a tree branch.

I'm going to send this to our urban green space team for the one in the median, but the washington/dodds issue appears to be privately owned.
