Hello, after talking with my colleagues in Development Services, the Trades Hotel will go to Plan Commission on January 12. They are not aware of exact construction dates, however.

I know there is a planned redevelopment project (Trades District Hotel) that would completely replace that entire block of sidewalk. I don't know how definitive the project is or its timeline. You could reach out to P&T (probably try Eric Greulich) if you want that info.
