Other: The traffic light at Walnut and Miller has been behaving differently for the past couple of weeks. Walnut is staying red for a really long time with no one on Miller and the pedestrian signs showing a solid orange hand (no pedestrians present). Two nights ago, at 10pm or so, I was stopped with what ended up being 10-20 cars at the light on Walnut while Miller was holding green for no one forever. Miller used to turn back to red really quickly and keep Walnut moving. It's creating a big problem now.
