We reviewed the available crash history for this area, and there has been only one reported crash in the last five years, a backing movement that struck a fire hydrant. We did not find any crashes related to sight distance or conflicts between traffic and vehicles exiting driveways. The City typically does not install warning signs for individual driveways or private access points unless there is a documented crash pattern or an engineering concern that warrants additional traffic control. That said, we will continue monitoring the area, and we’ll also review whether any advisory signing may be appropriate as part of that process.
