Other: Case #206632 was closed as "not inside city limits". That is incorrect as this (and various other addresses on this street and into the neighborhood are indeed in city limits. I hope the loose animal was not injured due to the ignoring of the report since this was not looked into. This issue remains and someone needs to go look into it, and hopefully the animal is not neglected.
