Other: street light at 8th and Grant is burned or burning out. A good addition of a light would be on the opposite side of the pole at the alley between 8th and 9th on Grant, where the apartments have one for their lot, but the street is dark. The light at the corner of 9th and Grant is really bright and a good solution for intersection lights.
