Planning staff observed bright lighting fixtures which are not properly shielded and causing light trespass in excess of allowed limits. We will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) warning letter to the property, establishing compliance deadlines. Enforcement will escalate if they do not contact us and the issue is not resolved.

Received. Planning staff have this on our list to investigate as soon as we are able to come into the office or are already in the office while it is dark out in order to properly measure for potential lighting trespass.
