Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: Parking department is a money hungry power scheme in the community that drives individuals away from visiting downtown shops and restaurants. For the individuals that always pay the meters and spend hundreds of dollars a year at the meters and then forget one time and have a $30 fee is ridiculous. The appeal process is also a joke. Need to reconsider how we treat our citizens and patrons of downtown businesses.
