Other: Is the alley to the east of Eagleson that runs parallel and in between third and Atwater a public walkway? It appears that whoever was clearing E. State Court pushed snow onto the walkway, leaving only two or 3 inches between a very tall pile of snow and some sort of drainage ditch. It makes that area extremely hazardous to walk in.

In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation. In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
