uReport sends an email to all people associated with a ticket whenever there's activity.
Other: One suggestion I have: When a resident reports an issue, and that issue then gets resolved, the resident should be notified that the issue has been resolved. It can be fairly difficult to go back through pages of reports to see what the solution was for the issue. Thanks!
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 23 days have already passed.
