Other: The house on the NW corner of 10th and Park is a Chickering rental. The old light in the NE corner of their backyard finally burned out and they replaced it with a very bright light that is casting annoying light on both neighboring houses close by (715 and 711 E. 10th) all night long. Can you ask them to shield the light or redirect it so that it only lights up their property and does not shed blinding light on the neighbors? You'd think the would know better than to do something like this. Isn't there some sort of light trespass law?
