Accessibility Problem:

Other: There is a white car parked here that was towed in. It does not run and has a flat tire. The wrecker backed it in. It needs to be moved as I'm disabled and my home health people can't park there. Because of this I have to walk thru snow to get to a vehicle. Please move it.
