Other: On East Third in front of Smoke Time. The utility cut in the street was covered with asphalt but the asphalt is now peeling in the cold and the utility cut is open and may damage someone’s tires. A cone or warning sign would be helpful until it is warm enough to fix this issue. Thanks!
