Street Snow Removal:

Other: The bike lane on W 3rd from I69 to Patterson is covered in mounds of snow from the plows. 3rd St. is the only connector between downtown and the west side, and I have to bike in car lanes since the bike lane is not usable. It makes me feel unsafe, and it is dangerous.
