Street Snow Removal:

Other: My driveway was damaged by a snowplow during snow removal last week. A large portion of the driveway was removed such that the driveway base is now exposed and will easily erode further without repair. I live in Red Oak Estates at 3078 East Mattatha Dr. I have multiple pictures but could not attach more than one.
