closed: Can't Fix #207289

Other: Storm drainage is an issue here. When it rains, water is entering the basement. Heavy rains back up due to improper grading on 3216 and 3212 S Oaks Ct. Can someone please look into what can be done by the neighboring property owners or the city? Any more information on easements or compliance with original plats would be helpful. Thank you.

CBU staff spoke with property owner and conducted a site visit in December. There are no drainage easements in the vicinity of the property, and the drainage concerns are on private property and not within public right of way.
