Other: Gary Wampler is the owner having over 20 people in the house and they all on drugs and alcohol and they abuse him and he's not being honest the house wires are bad and can be caught on fire easy drugs in the house and dealing and prostitutes the property is a mess with trash and non working vehicles and drugs in them also the dog is being abused to also 2609 kendell drive the heater not fix not keeping up with the tent right
