Other: Apparently the city let Indiana University have a permit to set off fireworks after 11:00 p.m. and a bunch of people around here were thinking it was gunfire because who in their right mind would think oh that's just fireworks in January. It was very irresponsible for the city to allow this, and it set off a chain reaction of people letting off fireworks all over town. Don't be surprised when it is real gunfire and nobody calls.
