Other: I’ve been living here since June 2025. I haven’t never seen my neighbors take their dog outside, and I’m home a lot. The dog cries a lot and might be locked in a room sometimes because I can hear it through the floor and walls, and these apartments are cookie cutter style. It sounds like a medium-sized or big dog. I hear people slam things frequently, and they also smoke cigarettes indoors. I’m concerned for this dog’s well-being and almost positive there is animal abuse occurring.
