The 40 mph speed limit between Bloomfield Road and Allen Street is established in City Code under Schedule K (Destination Routes). These routes are designated to carry higher volume traffic between major corridors. At this time, no changes are planned for this segment. Staff will continue to monitor conditions as part of routine corridor review.
