Other: This is a business account, Belle Tire, See attached video of leaking water meter. We had a plumber come out for frozen line, after defrosting and getting water moving again, this leak was discovered. Onsite contact is Nic Parton the store manager, phone number 812-822-3726. We inspected this issue and found a busted irrigation meter. We replaced that issue and everything should be resolved.
