Water Utility Problems:

Other: There appears to be a water leak directly in front of this residence. Seeps rather flows - but with cold weather it has created an ice patch on Rogers Street. This may have been going on for a bit of time as there is always some water there - but in warmer temps it flows downhill and is not as noticeable.
