Other: There seems to be a leak at this location. The alley is always wet, or in this weather, icy. The ice extends onto the street. Pedestrians have to walk on the icy or walk on the street, and there’s too much traffic usually to walk in the street. There was a lot of ice there this morning (1/20) when it hasn’t rained or snowed recently, which is why I think there must be a leak from the house. Please fix this unsafe condition. Thank you.
