Street Snow Removal:

Other: Please plow the alley connecting Eagleson to S Highland Ave. they came by this morning and pushed MORE snow down the alley and closed the ticket. This is a utility alley for Duke and has 8 houses driveways connected and has been maintained and plowed by the city before. We have an essential worker and many elderly residents who have drs appt and can not get out. They usually approach from the eagleson side and push the snow out and onto highland. Please help. Thank you.
