Other: We have lived in our home located on a cul- de-sac for over 20 years. We have never had this issue. This year the plow truck pulled the snow in front of our drive and mailbox. I called yesterday to ask please put it to the other side which has no drive or mailbox. The gentleman said he would relay the information. Today they plowed it again I. The same area. I am elderly. The mailman will not be able to deliver for days and the driveway which I worked in yesterday si it was visible will again be an issue for me. Leave the cul-de-sac with snow if it can’t be done properly. You have not helped the elderly with your work but made it much worse. Very disappointing. What makes it very sad to me is I asked yesterday to please not do this. Today I was told by your employee I would need to pay someone to dig me out. We are slowly doing it ourselves but it could have been prevented!
