Other: Unable to move or access Main Street due to high level of snow within the alley way. Need city plow services to plow the alley way south and parallel of E 2nd street, perpendicular to S Lincoln. Entrance at hill of beechwood manor 1&2 apartments. Entrance also at S Grant. Exit of alley heading W onto S Lincoln. Picture attached.
