Street Snow Removal:

Other: There is a half street between 411 and 413 west Howe. This street belongs to the city and has not been plowed. My vehicle is in my parking spot but blocked from moving becuz that small street has not been plowed. I have a dr appt tomorrow - Wednesday Jan 28 - can this be plowed anytime today? Thank you Mary Norman
