Other: The multi-use trail starting at Basswood and Bloomfield Rd and eastward up to Walker and 2nd St has not been cleared. I realize this may not be a priority, but I bike to work and until this trail is cleared, I need to ride on Bloomfield Rd/2nd St, greatly increasing my personal risk by having to share a road with motor vehicles. If possible to clear any or all of that trail, it would be greatly appreciated.

In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation. In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
