Other: I wasn't sure if the City of Bloomington Streets does snow removal in public alleyways? If so would it be possible to have the East/West Alley between E 15th and E16th St adjacent to 1116 N Walnut St Plowed, as well as the North South Alleyway connecting E 15th and E 16th Between North Walnut and North Washington St. Thanks!
