Other: Hello, I am an elderly resident with a disability living at the dead end of Swain Avenue. The previous tenant had requested that city snow removal not extend to the end of the street (I do not know why). Unfortunately, this is creating a serious hardship for me. I park my vehicle at the left side of the end of the street next to my home. With the current snow conditions and the lack of plowing to this area, I am unable to safely leave my home. I have critical medical appointments scheduled this week that I cannot miss, and access to my vehicle is essential. I kindly request that snow plowing be extended to the end of Swain Avenue moving forward so I can safely exit my home. This is an urgent safety and accessibility concern. Thank you, Mary Ann Hope
