Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: The owner of the property that faces onto the west side of Madison St just north of the train bridge (property address 400 W 13th St) has not cleared their sidewalks. In fact, they've never cleared their sidewalks in years and years. The property owner is the city. This property and the bridge are the two standouts that prevent a contiguous sidewalk from 17th to 11th along the Madison-Rogers corridor. Please fine the landowner for this chronic non-compliance, and also get a work crew out there pronto. Thanks!
