Other: The alley at the end of my townhouse building is not plowed and it is a fire hazard because no cars can exit and no one can get through. I called our leasing agent, Omega, and they said that it is not their responsibility to plow that area. They did plow the parking lot portion, but they said that that alley is the responsibility of the city of Bloomington. We know that you are dealing with a lot with the snowstorm, but we wanted to bring it to your attention because we are not able to leave our parking area.
