Other: Why does the city not enforce its rules on clearing snow from sidewalks, through fines? I understand that old people in residential areas can't always clear snow. But I'm talking about businesses. I tried to walk on the sidewalk up Walnut from Hillside to 2nd street today on the east side of the street (1/27), it was not possible. There are a ton of businesses here who do not follow the rules, and it's a huge hazard because now we have to walk on the street itself, which is crazy busy. I mean you, Elkins Properties, I mean you, auto dealership, I mean you, Btown Smoketime, and even the post office! Why are these people not fined? The are businesses, cleaning the sidewalk it a part of doing business, they should be held accountable. Thank you for your attention
