Other: Olde Mill Drive is a culdesac. I contacted u report on Monday and received a reply concerning snow removal. I have cleared my drive and shoveled around our mailbox and into the street so that we might be able to exit our drive to travel to the store for needed food supplies and medical prescriptions. We understand that critical roadways have to be cleared as a priority, but in order to safely exit our property the amount of snow in the street is restricting exit. In the past a smaller vehicle was used to at least push the snow to the side or off the street because the larger plow could not perform in this tight area ( the vehicle was a pickup truck with a snow blade attached). We understand that this type vehicle may no longer be in the city inventory, therefore perhaps an application of salt could be used to help knock down the remining snow mounds in our street. We need assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, so we can safely exit our property. Again, we wish to Thank the City Crews for all their work and understand this is and continues to be a significant winter event and respectfully request attention to this matter.
