Other: this is my third time submitting a request for this area. cars are continuing to get stuck and no plow has touched this area in two days, they have neglected it every time they have came by and it it causing for residents in the complexes around it to get stuck and need assistance. there is loose snow and that is the cause, therefore we need a plow to fix it.
