Based on the zoning district of this property and the surrounding property, there lighting trespass limits do not apply, however Planning staff observed and documented bright outdoor lighting fixtures which were not properly shielded, aimed towards traffic, and causing glare to neighboring properties. We have drafted and will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) warning letter to the property, establishing compliance deadlines for resolving this violation.
