Sidewalk Snow Removal:
Other: The bike lane on 7th may technically be plowed, but there is so much snow and debris left behind on the surface that is essentially unfit for its intended purpose. To understand what I mean, bring your bike to city hall and try to ride east a few blocks without falling down. If you want this bike lane to be useable, it should be plowed to the standard of the B-line trail. Otherwise, why plow it at all?
Also, and I'm assuming this is Indiana University's responsibility, but the bike lane near the university hasn't been touched at all.

I would think this would be the responsibility of the city?
