Other: I am writing to bring to your attention a situation on Cardigan Court, which is a cul-de-sac. During the recent snowstorm, a couple of vehicles were parked overnight on the street and remain there at this time. Unfortunately, their presence has prevented snowplow trucks from fully clearing the roadway.
