Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: 4 dogs behind a 2 story (light blue in color) home located at 4294 N Old State Road 37 have been out in the cold during the recent extreme cold. They have been barking at night so not being brought inside. I am across the street from them and concerned for the dogs well being.
