Street Snow Removal:

Other: Hello -- you closed my case (208109) without looking at the situation. USPS won’t deliver our mail because there is too much snow in the STREET in front of the mailbox. I don't believe that I am responsible for clearing a PUBLIC STREET. The city moved a large amount of snow and placed it in front of my mailbox and is now blocking access to my mailbox. Why can't the city fix the problem they caused? Can you please reconsider this? Thanks!

Unfortunately, with large snow falls like we had, this does occur. We are unable to go back and clear around mailboxes. However, the snow has melted.
