Other: The bike through paths in the median on South Walnut Street that connect the B Line Trail to the Allen Greenway are completely blocked, meaning people living east of Walnut have few options to get to the B Line Trail. The trail itself is clear but this critical crossing of Walnut Street (the only one with a protected median for people on bikes and peds to cross), is completely blocked. Please clear it! Thank you

In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation. In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
