Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: This issue also happens at 201 W 17th St. Every time it snows, this property plows all of their snow onto the sidewalk on the south side of 17th st., forcing pedestrians to walk on 17th st., which is incredibly dangerous during busy times. These piles stick around for weeks after snowfall.

In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
