Other: We put our trash and recycling bins out this past week for pickup. Normal pickup is on Monday but with the delay it was on Wednesday January 28th. When we went out the following day to retrieve them the Recycling bin was missing. We would like to get a replacement recycling bin but I find no on place on the citys' website as to how to get another one. I also feel that since we had no hand in the disappearance that we should not have to pay for the replacement.
