Other: IU students are walking in the road on Woodlawn. I saw then between 1st and Maxwell. The sidewalks need cleared, including at the intersections. Also, ticket cars parking more than the maximum distance from the curb because they are obstructing traffic by sticking out in the road, making the pedestrian situation worse. (Also repeat this complaint on 1st Street, 2nd Street, etc all over town)
