Other: We are on a cul-de-sac. Every snow, the snow is piled at our driveway entry. Fortunately, when shoveling our driveway, a snowplow came and removed snow from half of the entry at my request. However, I think all the snow from our street is piled between our drive and the neighbor drive. Pile is about 5 ft high. It also covers half of our drive. Can that snow be removed? Or do we have to wait until it melts? I'm afraid it will overwhelm the street drainage. Not angry about it, just asking.
